Like you, I’ve kept such lists in my journals for years … and still do. This blog was created with such things in mind and you’ll find many ‘gratitude’ posts by clicking that link and/or ‘Really Good Things’ in my sidebar.

Hootin’ Anni – I think so and I’m delighted you agree. Of course I love your creative Christmas gift and have published it in the sidebars of both Blogger sites.

SandyCarlson – What a lovely comment! Thank you so much ;--)

Mama Zen – Me too!

Joyce – Hootin’ Anni does create the loveliest things doesn’t she? I’m grateful to have encountered so many wonderful folks in the Blogosphere. Thanks for the good wishes, and I’m delighted when the quotes I share ‘resonate’ with others.

Karen – Paying attention to what’s right rather than what’s wrong requires effort & attention in the beginning, but becomes easier with practice. I found writing a brief list daily helped me initially … then became a pleasurable habit. I suppose you could give it a try if you choose, and see what happens.

I’m thankful for each of you taking the time to visit and share your thoughts in comments. May your days be filled with the joy & wonder of the Christmas season!
Hugs and blessings,storytellerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14101550406171982090noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5340188638004370422.post-41874378582395206942008-12-06T18:14:00.000-08:002008-12-06T18:14:00.000-08:00I've been working on "seeing what I want to see,"-...I've been working on "seeing what I want to see,"--meaning, looking for the things I really like in my life (rather than looking at the stuff I don't). I don't post a *thankful list*, I guess I could, but I do keep a list of things I'm thankful for in a little diary type book -- I don't write everyday, but I write in it often for the exact reason you stated -- to remind myself of all I have to be thankful for --- the list is long and unending. And seldom repetitive.Patsyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14800220805290554359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5340188638004370422.post-24954899201050392652008-12-05T13:02:00.000-08:002008-12-05T13:02:00.000-08:00This post of thanks is so beautifully presented!Wi...This post of thanks is so beautifully presented!

Wishing you inner joy for this Christmas season!Gemma Wisemanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17466540188839321484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5340188638004370422.post-2861206465681615732008-12-05T09:40:00.000-08:002008-12-05T09:40:00.000-08:00I should have a thankful list!I should have a thankful list!Wayfaring Wandererhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02601279315250019787noreply@blogger.com
