Haiku Sky Watch - December Inspirations

ALMOST

Rain showers Monday
followed by wind & sunshine...
debris on the ground

lovely skies above
... today more much needed rain
gently falling down

snow-covered mountains
in the distance behind more
palm trees near the beach

Love all your sky photos and haikus, but am most taken by the first. About rain on Mondays and debris....and that that photo.....

Thank you for sharing!

Oh my these are gorgous shots especially after all that rain. I love Palm trees. I like seeing pictures from your part of the world.
PS It's 14º here today and snowing!
We got 8" last night. More to come.
Have a great day.

The palm trees look so sturdy, yet apparently are as vulnerable as everything else. Great shots and words of wisdom.

We too are loving the much needed rain. We get so little as you do. What a joy to see it coming down.

Have a terrific day. Big hug. :)

You are so lucky to have the great weather and palm trees, but still have snow covered mountains in the background.

I like your thought for today especially; that's the attitude I need when it's snowing and I have to drive 10 miles to town.

Your photos and words as always are inspirational (on this and all of your blogs). I have read that John Ruskin quote before and try to take it to heart (about the different kinds of good weather). But sometimes it is hard!

Sunshine, rain and snow...what more can I ask for?

Beautiful ruminating moments to contemplate with gratefulness. :)

there are morning glories in Borneo and New Zealand, but I have not seen such lovely flowers bunched together like your photo.
