may find palm trees familiar
yet the shadows I've
captured & collaged ...
photos taken in the late
afternoon are new.

For new visitors
I share a few more snapshots
of my neighborhood
palm trees to provide
perspective for the shadow
photographs above.

and for others participating in Shadow Shots at Hey Harriet
Really Good Things
1. Monday I enjoyed a delightful lunch with the Retired Gals but skipped the shopping spree afterward because I wanted to be alert for the first Digital Media class at Adult School.

2. I remember enough from my previous PSE6 classes to keep up in the Digital Media class I'm taking this session Mondays & Wednesdays from 6-9pm. I knew my friend Carol was enrolled but am pleasantly surprised to learn my neighbor Barbara is taking the class too. I made these on Wednesday evening ...
3. I received a DVD in the mail this week with Alaska photographs from my sister & her husband so I can view their travels vicariously.
4. As noted in the daily gratitude list in the sidebar at Small Reflections ...
I'm finally getting my photos organized and tagged in a methodical manner.5. I appreciate those who regularly BYB on Sundays visiting & leaving comments on the weekend even when my own BYBS post is missing. Sometimes the day just gets away from me and I post belatedly, but other times (as for the past few weeks) life intrudes and I don't get around to it at all. I hope to catch up with your recent posts soon ... though I'm not sure just when that will be.
I'm gradually figuring out a useful set of 'keywords for tagging' photos & learning to use the 'software tools' to integrate previous tags into the new system I've generated experimentally.
I'm able to access my blogs even though something has gone crazy with my 'C-drive' leaving less than 8mb of 'free' space after running a Back Up to my 1TB 'G-drive' last night.
