Monday Motivator #9 and more ...

""The real differences around the world today are not between Jews and Arabs; Protestants and Catholics; Muslims, Croats, and Serbs. The real differences are between those who embrace peace and those who would destroy it; between those who look to the future and those who cling to the past; between those who open their arms and those who are determined to clench their fists." ~William J. Clinton, 1997

Have you created YOUR Peace Globe yet?
As Mimi Lenox says ... "If words are powerful ... then this matters." Clicking on the logo above (or at the top of my sidebar) will take you to information about how to get YOUR Peace Globe to decorate & share between now and November 6th in the 5th Launch of Dona Nobis Pacem. We're counting down ...

My new Peace Globes for November's Blog Blast post (#4, 5, & 6) are in my sidebar at Small Reflections along with my first two (previously published in June) and I've sent them to Mimi to publish as well. If you need help adding 'text' to the graphics available from Mimi's blog, I'm willing to assist as time permits. I invite everyone to participate and to visit others too. If you'd like to see 'previous Globes created by others' visit the Peace Globe Gallery by clicking the logo below. My June Blog Blasts for Peace are here and here.

Great quote in the beginning of the post.

Thanks to each of you for visiting my Monday Motivator post yesterday. I appreciate your comments and I’m glad a couple of you are thinking about participating in upcoming Blog Blast for Peace on November 6th. If you need additional info or ‘graphic’ assistance, feel free to drop me email and I’ll do what I can to help. I hope you’re all having a wonderful week so far.

I love the Eisenhower quote. Thanks for stopping by to see me and leave encouragement while I've been 'down.' I always think of that old song "I get by with a little help from my friends."

Eve – You’re quite welcome. I think of that song frequently myself. I’m glad to see you out and about in the Blogosphere and hope you’re feeling better. As for the Eisenhower quote … somehow it seemed appropriate to me in light of what’s going on ...

I'm sorry I'm not very talkative right now (I lost a dear friend to cancer), I am puzzling how it seems everyone is able to get more done than I am. How in the heck do you keep two blogs up?

I was looking for something about peace and saw your blog. So I have to thank you for sharing it with us. I am from Brazil, in my blog I wrote a poem about peace. If you please, read it. All we really are needing some peace. All the world.
