Women need real moments of solitude and self-reflection to balance out how much of ourselves we give away.
Barbara De Angelis
"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." Rumi
"A woman is like a teabag-only in hot water do you realize how strong she is." Eleanor Roosevelt
"Live as if you were to die tomorrow.
Learn as if you were to live forever."
Mahatma Ghandi
"...We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. ... And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." Nelson Mandela
“Each of us has that right, that possibility, to invent ourselves daily. If a person does not invent herself, she will be invented. So, to be bodacious enough to invent ourselves is wise.” - Maya Angelou
“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.”
Rumi
"A good question is never answered. It is not a bolt to be tightened into place, but a seed to be planted and to bear more seeds toward the hope of greening the landscape of idea." ~ Henry David Thoreau

Gorgeous skies - even if they don't bring much needed rain!
Cheers, Klaus
That is a neat shot of the skies with the palms over the houses.
Really lovely clouds -- even if they didn't produce as promised! Love the palm trees, too. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful, beautiful skies, but I understand your disappointment with no rain.
Those clouds look awesome! I like them in the second shot a lot.
Sorry you didn't get rain, but your photo is beautiful.
I'll send you some rain if you'd like because Oregon is headed into that season. Until about July. :) Fun haiku and pretty sky, too.
The clouds are beautiful, even though they were disappointing. I'm hoping you'll receive your much-needed rains. :)
Yea, I was just outside at lunch and it is warm and DRY. And the wind seems to have a Santa Ana feel to it, which is not supposed to happen in November.
I did very much enjoy the sprinkles though, I wish we could have had more.
nice skywatch photos! thanks for sharing!
Okay, well clearly the fire thing is bad but the weather does make for a beautiful sky.
Love the George Carlin quote by the way. :)
great photos.I hope you have a great weekend my friend!
It makes me want to go swimming in the clouds. Yeah, I'm weird. :)
Once again, such lovely images!!
Timeless and wonderful, Storyteller. God bless.
Beautiful sky though the fire danger sounds scary. It's gloomy in my part of the US today. We are expecting snow. Uggg!!! I really need to move out of this state. LOL!! I'm not found of the winter months.
That gorgeous blue sky looks wonderful here in gray middle America. BJ
