I apologize
for being late once again
with BYBS

and My Sacred Life
at Sacred Ruminations.
I do write daily

in my sidebar at
Small Reflections ... making a
simple 'thankful' list

so to those like PERBS
who 'missed' this on Sunday, it's
a 'backup' of sorts ;--)

As usual I feel
blessings abound in my life!
Here are just a few:

1. The rain showers here in Southern California feel wonderful ... as if winter finally arrived. The flowers, grass, trees, & plants in my yard seem happier. You can see some in After Rain. I'm thrilled to report there's more rain on the way too.

2. Although I've had minimal time for blogging, continuing to spend time with my sister is wonderfully enjoyable and we're learning together about how to use our cameras as we visit together, dine out, and take walks for exercise.

3. I've enjoyed experimenting with the Tamron 28-300mm lens along with the various settings & features on my NikonD60 camera ... capturing some lovely shots along with making many mistakes from which I'm hopefully learning.

I loved your quote about time. It is so very true.

We haven enjoyed the rain here in the central valley too. I hope we get more.

Now I'm hungry from all those food shots. Just saying.

Have a terrific day. Big hug. :)

Glad you got the rain you wanted. When I lived in southern CA we had way too much rain! Neat that you can share the time with your sister and experimenting with your camera. Make a lot of memories for they are blessings too!

Love the Brown quote. It's 65 degrees here today but we're supposed to get more snow this weekend!

I'm glad for the rain and love the quotes and gratitude--you have a good life! And by the way--the food looks pretty darn tasty, too!

Yippie for your rain. How fun that you get to spend some time with your sister. Sisters are so important. My sister and I are the best of friends. I don't know what I would do without her. Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

Oh, Lord, I wish we had the blessing of rain. We are going into a severe drought here in Texas. The photographs are beautiful. Are they hosted on Blogger or do you use another service?

Have a wonderful week.

I missed my round of BYBS last week, and I am late this Sunday as well. I guess my blessings would be improving health, lessening depression and increasing energy.
