Wordless Wednesday #4 - Sunset at Home

Sunset from my front yard
at the Beach in Southern California

Wordless Wednesday #3 is at Small Reflections
(It's incorrectly labeled, less dramatic, more mundane
and a bit wordy ... but informative.)

Thanks for visiting. I so wish I was back in California. We have visited Palm Springs the last 2 years in a row. I love it there. You have captured the sky beautifully.
Happy WW!

Is it possible to leave wordless admiration? These photos make me melt...

Here in southern Idaho we get some very spectacular sunsets in the warmer months. I'm not sure you can get much color in the sky when there is snow on the ground. Mostly it goes from grey daytime light to black darkness. One more thing to look forward to in the spring.

Those make me want to go Home!

Awesome shots!
I lived in Costa Mesa, and these remind me so much of all the Summer Days we spent at the beach!

Happy WW!

Thanks everyone for taking time to enjoy these photos with me and share your thoughts.

Chani – They are special, aren’t they?

Lucy – Skies like these happen occasionally, not every day. I snapped these last week after the rains here.

Kyla – You’re welcome and I’m glad you found me here. I’m a native Californian and (although I’ve visited some lovely places), this is home.

Karen – I love the thought! I’m glad you enjoyed them. Feel free to return and enjoy them anytime.

Eve – I can imagine … and just thinking about snow on the ground (especially since I’m sitting here with my usual bare feet) makes me shiver!

Christine – Costa Mesa isn’t far from me. I didn’t notice where you live now, but will try to remember to look on my next visit.

Sandy – Hmmm … home in Miami, eh? Seems to me you’ve lived in “Sandy Eggo” too which would make you a bi-coastal beach dweller … but you’re somewhere in the Northeast now, right?

Hugs and blessings to you all! I do appreciate you visiting and sharing.
