Monday Addendum to Saturday's Surprise

On Saturday when posting the
award of Excellence,
sadly I neglected sharing
"rules" ... thus common sense
dictates I now remedy that
situation so
here is what I should have added
then, just so you'll know.

The Rules
(as shared by Lucy when she awarded it to me
feel free to break them if you choose)

By accepting this Excellent Blog Award, you agree to award it to 10 more people whose blogs you find Excellent Award worthy. You can give it to as many people as you want but please award at least 10. You deserve this! Feel free to award people who have already been awarded.

As a recap here are the 11 Bloggers that I chose
to bestow this award upon.

His Girl Friday at Wellied on Life
Lucy at Diamonds in the Skywith Lucy
Karen at Journey to Authenticity
Ladybug at Living in the Light I Find
Mama Zen at the Zen of Motherhood
Mother of Invention at Spilling Out!
MPJ at A Room of Mama's Own
Peajay at Mórán cainte ar bheagán cúise
Talking Bear at Sleepy Bear Hollow
Yertle at Smile, Play, Dream
Yolanda at Perfectly Imperfect

As I indicated on Saturday
I appreciate ALL my regular readers & visitors
(even those who "lurk" w/o commenting)
and today I'd like to offer this new award
(shared by Lucy on Sunday)
to everyone who leaves a comment
on this post!

ST, As I read this post, and your blogs, I had to smile. I realize that you and I would most likely never really develop any kind of a relationship on our own based on our differences. However, here we are fellow bloggers who enjoy (well I enjoy your views, and I hope you enjoy mine,,,LOL) each others insight. Our very occupations, age differences, Gender variance, as well as some other things would be difficult barriers to see past outside the blogosphere. What I find truly encouraging and enriching is how much we have in common. Thank you for your life and your rich input. TB

MomOf3 – Thanks for stopping by and saying “hello.” Congratulations on your “Excellent” blog award from Mama Zen. I’ll try to visit your blog tomorrow. Your name is familiar so I think I might have been there before … perhaps for Haiku Friday or T-13?

TB – I love making folks smile, so just knowing this makes my day! I don’t know whether or not we’d develop any kind of relationship in the “real world” … but I am glad to have encountered you (and your family members) in this “virtual” world. I definitely find your posts to be thought provoking, and I’ve enjoyed our exchanges at Sleepy Bear Hollow. As a general rule, I don’t see “differences” necessarily as “barriers” … but I do get your drift. You’re quite welcome for whatever I’ve contributed, and I appreciate the way you’ve shared your feelings here … so thank you!

I hope you both snagged a copy of the "red" award before you left. Feel free to "spread the love around" in whatever way you choose. In addition, there are many more awards to choose from at Small Reflections ... so check the Saturday Surprise post there too.
Hugs and blessings to you both!

Oh how I love that quote at the end...love...so simple, so liberating.

Karen – Yup … the Beatles had it right didn’t they! “Love, love, love … all we need is love.” ;--)
